Sexual Harassment: ban on corrupt representatives in the UK

Sexual Harassment: ban on corrupt representatives in the UK

Sexual Harassment: ban on corrupt representatives in the UK

According to research institutes, what is the level of sexual harassment in the UK?

According to official statistics, what happens to rape victims after rape?

What has been the request of the trade unions from the Westminster regarding the corrupt representatives?

What is the prevalence of sexual corruption among political figures and celebrities in the UK?

The UK is one of the countries with the highest rates of sexual harassment. There have also been cases of sexual misconduct among government officials and members of parliament, angering the public and the media. Sexual harassment rates are high in the UK. Trade unions in the UK say lawmakers should be barred from practising sex until crimes are investigated.

Shocking statistics of sexual harassment in the UK

According to Safeline, the statistics of victims of sexual harassment in the UK show a terrible situation in this country. Safeline, which provides counselling services to victims of sexual harassment in the UK, has released statistics on sexual harassment and revealed the appalling state of sexual harassment in the country. Eight million women and five million men are sexually abused each year, according to Safeline, which has been reported in some of the country’s media. In the twelve months to March 2020, the media reported an estimated 1.6 million acts of violence against British girls and women, citing the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW). The agency said 153,136 rape and other sexual harassment cases were recorded in the 12 months, with 84 per cent of the victims being girls and women.

The plight of victims of sexual harassment in the UK

A report by Safeline shows that victims of sexual harassment in the UK account for 15% of suicides in the country. 11% of mentally ill people in the UK have already been victims of sexual harassment. 7% of alcoholics in this country have been sexually abused before. 10% of drug addicts in the UK have been victims of sexual harassment; Fifteen per cent of patients with eating disorders in the UK have been sexually abused before, and the proportion of victims of sexual harassment in the UK with posttraumatic stress disorder is 17%.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a disorder that results from the observation, direct experience, or hearing of a severe and traumatic stressor that can lead to actual death or The threat that could lead to death or a severe accident. The patient feels fear and helplessness over these experiences, often exhibits disturbing behaviours and constantly tries to avoid recalling events and accidents. Incidents such as sexual abuse, accidents, and natural disasters such as earthquakes and wars can cause posttraumatic stress disorder.

Employees’ unions request from the Westminster.

In the wake of reports that David Warburton, a senior member of the ruling Conservative Party, has been accused of corruption, unions in the UK say Westminster must enter the 21st century. They say the Westminster should ban the activities of MPs accused of sexual misconduct until the end of the investigation. David Warburton has been charged with sexual abuse, cocaine use and failure to provide a loan but has denied the allegations and is currently in a psychiatric hospital. According to the Guardian, unions – Prospect, the FDA, the Public and Commercial Services Union and the GMB –, including members of parliament, said in a letter to Karen Bradley, chairman of the cross-party Commons procedure committee, that they had asked him, if possible, not to allow MPs accused of sexual misconduct to Enter parliament at the end of the investigation.

Multiple offences Conservative MP

Some media in the UK wrote that the parliamentary harassment watchdog, the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS), is examining the complaints of three women against David Warburton. He also received a £150,000 loan in 2017 to build a tourist resort, which he did not report; The loan, now fully repaid, was provided by Roman Joukovski, a financial adviser who specializes in investing in tax havens and supplying the British with a golden visa for the wealthy. The UK police also saw a photo of David Warburton, in which the representative of the Conservative Party is using cocaine. For this reason, the police have followed up on this issue.

The moral corruption of British officials

The case of the corruption of British officials is thick, and in recent years several cases have been leaked to the media, including the possibility of Edward Heath, a former British Prime Minister. Sean Memory, a retired senior police officer, claims that Wiltshire’s police stopped investigating child abuse cases in the 1990s when they confronted former Prime Minister Edward Heath with child abuse. Former BBC presenter Jimmy Savile is one of the most famous British people whose accusation of rape and sexual abuse has caused controversy. Following Seville’s death in 2011, hundreds were charged with abuse and rape.

The police operation to uncover the chain of sexual corruption was named Operation Yewtree, active in the British entertainment industry, especially on the BBC. The investigation led to the arrest of several pop stars, comedians, producers and other media celebrities, including Gary Glitter, Stuart Hall, radio presenter Wilfred De’Ath, a former television producer, and two comedians, Freddie Starr and Jim Davidson.

The rape case of celebrities

A few years ago, a London court convicted the BBC presenter Rolf Harris. He has been a popular television personality for many British families for the past 50 years, of 12 counts of sexual abuse, including seven-year-old girls. Lord Janner, a former member of the House of Lords, is another British figure and official who, with the help of several other influential people, sexually abused homeless boys in foster homes for at least two decades. But it was announced that he would not be tried due to his old age.

The rape of British officials has angered the British. Rape rates are rising among government officials, and experts have warned of declining social trust. The unions demand that they be barred from political activity and from appearing in parliament if MPs are sexually abused. Their cases are being investigated until the investigation is completed. A request that has not been answered yet.
