Corruption for blocking the case

The case of the British royal family scandal, the case of the British prince, Prince Andrew, the Epstein Corruption

Why was the rape case of Prince Andrew closed?

Virginia Giuffre has announced that she will spend the money she received from Prince Andrew on the agreement and the closure of the rape case?

What is the reason for the increasing criticism of the British royal family in recent weeks?

The media in the UK reported the agreement of the lawyers of Prince Andrew, the beloved son of the British Queen, with the lawyers of Georgia, Virginia Giuffre, who introduced herself as a victim of the Duke of York.

The plaintiff’s consent to the case of the UK prince upon receipt of money

After months of struggle and unsuccessful attempts by the British prince’s lawyers to acquit the prince and release him from the Virginia Giuffre filed against Prince Andrew in the American court, the lawyer announced that the two sides’ lawyers reached an agreement outside the court. According to this agreement, the plaintiff cancels the proceedings after receiving an undisclosed amount. It isn’t clear what other factors besides money caused Virginia Giuffre to drop her lawsuit against Prince Andrew.

UK Prince Rape of Virginia Giuffre

Virginia Giuffre has accused the 61-year-old British prince of raping her several times while she wasn’t yet of legal age. She sees herself as the victim of the network of American capitalist Jeffrey Epstein and his mistress Ghislaine Maxwell. She recruited young girls under modelling and recruited people to entertain those in power and wealth. Based on documents and evidence, a Maxwell court in the United States found the British woman guilty of human trafficking and enslaving young girls for sexually abusing people and sentenced her to life in prison.

Rejection of the rape claim by Prince Andrew

David Boies, Virginia Giuffre’s lawyer, said in a letter to US judge Lewis A Kaplan that he had reached an agreement with Prince Andrew’s lawyer. He emphasized that The court would not disclose the amount to be waived. “I believe this event speaks for itself,” he said in a mysterious statement. The leaked sections of this letter indicate that the case will be closed, at least in exchange for the amount that is not to be announced. Prince Andrew has repeatedly denied allegations of rape in an interview with the British media. Still, despite his innocence, he has not said why he is willing to pay a sum of money, estimated to be significant. The media in the UK wrote that the court documents show that Prince Andrew will donate a substantial amount of money to Ms Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights.

Victims of the Epstein Corruption Network

On the other side of the story, Virginia Giuffre, now 38, said she would use the proceeds to support the rights of rape victims, especially those in power and wealth. Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, claimed to have been a victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking and sexual harassment since she was 16 years old. Epstein died suspiciously in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial for sex trafficking. She said that part of the abuse saw her lent out to powerful men, including Prince Andrew, the third child of the Queen and ninth in line to the throne. Earlier, the victim’s lawyers said that the British prince could no longer escape justice due to his power and wealth.

Prince Andrew escapes from the trial.

This agreement seems to be excellent news for Prince Andrew, who has been under intense public and media pressure for months, and as a result, has lost his royal responsibilities. The Queen’s son will not appear in court, at least despite the plaintiff’s ongoing trial, and is unlikely to face charges, evidence and disclosure of new documents to make his distorted character worse.

Everything is clear. Everyone knows

Finally, after months of squabbling with the Queen’s son Andrew’s lawyers to save him from the rape case, he agreed with his plaintiff out of court. Virginia Giuffre, a victim of the Epstein sex slavery network, had filed a lawsuit in a US court alleging that the British prince repeatedly raped her when she was not yet of legal age. The ninth heir to the British monarchy denies the allegations while agreeing to pay millions of dollars to Ms Giuffre, now 38, to withdraw her complaint.

“He used every technique… in the book, to try and get this case kicked out, lost every legal argument. they ended up paying an enormous amount of money to prevent that day in court”. Said retired prosecutor Nazir Afzal, adding, “damages justice, it damages victims. It damages survivors, it makes us think that power, money, gives you enormous privilege”.

Experts do not consider Andrew’s agreement with a victim of the Epstein sex slavery network to mean the victory of this UK prince and the end of the royal family’s shame. It is unknown what he will do after leaving the post.
